“After I had intensively devoted myself to various holistic exercise methods
(including yoga and pilates), I learned about the Gyrotonic Expansion System
in New York in 1993. It immediately became an additional development
of what I had known. The depth and comprehensive diversity of this method
have impressed me again and again. Among other things, a unique aspect is
the fact that the feeling of relaxation is often achieved after only a
single exercise. My goal is to create an optimal training program for each
of my clients and providing them with a sustained sense of well-being.”
